  Julie is great to work with!! I've worked with a few agents over the years, getting "ok" service. After getting to know Julie through a group we are both part of, I decided to switch my insurance to her firm. I am glad I did - Julie sat down with me and went over everything we have in a detailed fashion so I know exactly where we are at, what we might not need, and what we do. That is her specialty - making sure her customers know exactly the coverage we have. She is on top of it for us so we don't have to be. She also does annual reviews with her customers so we can make sure we still have the right coverage for our current situation.

  Julie provides such strong & personalized customer service, I so appreciate her! She took the time to review my whole insurance life and help me see any missing needs & opportunities for savings. Then when I set up a new policy and thought my auto-pay was taking care of it (it wasn't!), her office called me to follow-up. They figured out what I needed to do to fix the situation and avoid cancellation of my policy. I so appreciate that kind of proactive customer service.
